Smoked Salmon rolls stuffed with goat cheese

This appetizer is served cold, and is the perfect finger food starter, also great as a fish dinner appetizer.
Preparation
  1. Prepare the filling for the rolls by mixing the goat cheese with oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Work the cheese until it turns into a cream
  3. Roll out the smoked salmon and with the help of a spoon, stuff the fish slices with the prepared cream
  4. Roll the salmon into rolls and arrange them on a serving dish with fresh and colorful vegetables
