Cut the melon and watermelon in half into very small cubes. Put them in a bowl and add the brown sugar, the chopped basil and lime juice. Add the vanilla bean seeds and let marinade for half an hour. Add Rocca dei Forti Prosecco doc, vodka and thinly sliced lemon. Mix well and let rest in the fridge for at least an hour and a half. Add ice cube when serving.
