Grilled sea bream

A very simple recipe for preparing grilled sea bream on the barbeque, but also roasted in the oven or grilled sea bream. A tasty and fragrant grilled or roasted sea bream dish.
Preparation

1.Clean Sea Bream

Oil for seasoning:

  1. Finely chop the garlic clove and parsley (2 tablespoons) and place in a small bowl.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix.
    For the stuffing:
  3. Brush the inside of the sea bream with the freshly prepared oil and add plenty of salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the belly with the herbs: 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 of thyme, 1 bay leaf and 1 lemon slice, cut in half.
    Cook
  5. Grill the sea bream, once ready fillet immediately and serve.

2 Bay leaves
1 Parsley sprig
1 clove of garlic
1 Lemon
